2. Environmental management system

Conduct statistical analysis of energy consumption data to determine energy saving improvement plans and practices.
Health and safety management system
Establish a certified health and safety management system (OHSAS 18001:1999)
Written analysis report of health and safety risk assessment.
Identify the quantity and location of all PPE equipment required.
Employee occupational health records and arrange regular occupational health check-ups for employees.
Identification and control of occupational health factors.
On-the-job training, employee occupational health monitoring and occupational disease prevention.
Medical emergency response measures and on-site first aid.
Promotion and implementation of health promotion programmes.
4. Emergency management system
Fire emergency procedures, evacuation plans, fire extinguisher training.
First aid system, accident recording and reporting.
Alarm systems, emergency drills and internal emergency response teams.
A plan to prevent and control chemical spills.
5. Internal audit system
The internal audit team is independent and reports directly to senior management.
Provide adequate training to improve the quality of internal audit team members.
Make internal evaluation plan, determine internal audit personnel, training plan, audit procedure, audit report and make corrective action plan.

Actively promote and effectively conduct communication between staff and management.
